Let us send decline messages to friends invitations

I often get friends sending me an invite to join but all I can do is decline which feels rude.

It would be nice to decline with a reason in a pre-written message. For example:

"In Killer Lobby Right Now"

"Spending Bloodpoints Right Now"

"I have a full group at the moment"
