No mither buff

Since the dead hard nerf no mither has no purpose in the game it used to be a challenge/antislug perk designed to run with ded hard now it's just a I want to loose perk so I'm putting 2 suggestions out here.

1.Remove the ded hard hook requirement for NM

Or

2. Make getting picked up by yourself or teammate count as an unhook and activate the coinciding perks.

P.s you should be able to recover and crawl at the same time with thus perk no matter what
