The store is crashing my game

Am on PS5. This is the second time this has happened.

Steps: I click on the store icon on the home page.

It takes me to the Featured subsection, which is blank. No featured cosmetics show. The Featured Characters section at the bottom is still there, it's just the scrollable cosmetics in the upper half of the page that don't show, it's just a blank background.

When I press R2 to scroll, my game crashes.

PS5 won't let me screenshot the error message so I just took a photo. I've put through a report both times.
