Survivors missing facial animations

I've noticed for a while now that Survivors often don't have any facial animations for when they get hooked, or grabbed out of a locker. The above example shows James Sunderland having been put on second hook. It's difficult to tell when and how often this happens, but is definitely not unique to just James.
