Reduce camping
slowing the killers movement and hitting speed when around a hook for too long should be part of gameplay. Games are still being taken hostage for killers wanting to stay around the perimeter of the hook, and leaves the survivors with no chance in participating in regular fair gameplay. Should be a cool down timer, the longer the killer wants to stay around he hook , the longer they are slowed and cannot continue to be able to take hostage.
