Twins add-ons change and restructure
There is one add-on that is completely useless and rarely used because its effect doesn't take into account path collision. This add-on is the Cat Figurine. I suggest changing the effect to; Whenever Victor is idle he is silent and his aura is revealed to survivors within 2m of him. Change this add-on to a Very Rare add-on while knocking down Victor's Soldier, Weighty Rattle and Bloody Black Hood down by 1 rarity or reorganize the effects down one rarity.
