Wraith needs a look at after the current "Animation change" for kicking.

He basically just nopes anything out of existence now while in cloak, it seems like an oversight, there is also a bug where he completley avoids blast mine the kick is that fast.

Seems to be the best low effort high value killer there is right now outside of bad window spawns, but its easy countered with bamboozle.
