Alternative to the proposed "unhook cancelling" removal
Instead of removing this option completely, I suggest a survivor gets locked in the unhook animation after 3 consecutive unhook attempts, this way survivors can still have a few tries to fake-unhook in front of a killer and stop the problem of repeated hook cancelling as a form of toxicity.
