Lately the shrines have been somewhat lackluster so I think it should be improved. Instead of 2 perks from each side a week why not this idea instead. You have the ability to buy every perk (Besides generals) with iri shards at any time. Instead of a select few perks be in the shrine each week why not have a certain amount of perks (Maybe 10) Will be 50% of each week. That way people especially new players and those not willing or not able to buy DLCs at the time can have access to perks quicker and not having to wait.
