The only buff Slinger needs
It's a basekit reload speed of 2.5 seconds (currently 2.6), and a nerf to the modified ammo belt to 0.15 seconds (currently 0.25).
This would make his basekit perfectly viable, without impacting his performance if you still want to use both of his reload speed addons.
