The gamestyle promotes non-skillful plays on the k1ller-side
If you're main goal as a k1ller is to secure a win; utilizing tunneling, camping, and slugging, is the easiest way to do it. The problem is that tunneling, camping, and slugging, doesn't require much skill at all - And you get rewarded for it.
It's a very boring playstyle, and very boring to face as a survivor. I don't understand how people who play k1ller can think it's fun to play that way.
I really hope BHVR can do something about it.

Out of curiosity, what's your feedback\suggestion on how to address it?
I don't want to remove the ability to tunnel, camp, or slug. However, there should be some kind of punishment for doing it, and a reward for not doing it. Then the k1ller can still do it if they want to.
This is my suggestions for BHVR to do first:
For tunneling:
1) Bring back the 5 sec stun on Decisive strike (which in reality is like 4 sec).
2) Extend the endurance and haste effect for 15 seconds, for the unhooked survivor.
3) Increase the bloodpoints to hook a different survivor. Decrease the bloodpoints for hooking the same survivor again withing a certain time-span.
4) Hitting the unhooked survivor 10 seconds after being unhooked will not result in deep wound.
For camping:
1) Increase the speed of the bar for unhooking yourself, if the k1ller is camping. And increase the radius to what counts as camping; since it's very easy for a k1ller to proxy camp without triggering the self-unhooking action.
2) Or make the time to reach struggle/sacrifice on hook slow down if the k1ller is near by.
3) Reward the k1ller with bloodpoints if they are not camping.
For slugging:
1) If the survivor is being slugged for more than 60 seconds, they can pick themselves up.
you're allowed to say "killer" you don't need to censor it
as far as your feedback goes, i'm torn. on the one hand, it's very boring to play when a killer tunnels a weaker player in solo queue for an easy win. on the other hand, i love getting tunneled and recently had a game where a noed huntress chased me for 5 gens. my teammates took multiple downs to try to save me and she refused to pick them up (i guess you could call that slugging), i got 5 gens of chase time in, it was so much fun. camping, not as much fun, however.
overall, i'm not sure if i want to give up those fun banger 5 gen chases to get rid of weaker players getting tunneled out. Maybe it is the best decision, idk, i'd hate to be guaranteed killers that drop chase after 20 seconds
the feedback is that they feel like camping, tunneling, and slugging leads to boring unskilled play and they want the devs to do something to cut down on how prevalent it is. i felt that was pretty clear from the OP. there really isn't any reason to expect them to come up with a specific solution to that problem - the devs have even said they listen to the feedback ("this feels bad to go against" and "this feels too strong," things like that) more than they do the specific numerical/mechanical suggestions ("change this thing to give a different effect," or "nerf this strong thing by decreasing the haste effect," etc)
