Recent Billy Changes

I've been loving the recent Billy changes on both sides. The extra curve window has let him curve around more loops, and it has been way more interactive than him being forced into situations where he has to m1. There's a fun back and forth and I do not think he needs any changes.

I think hes fine now. Could do without the dissipation addons since they do absolutely nothing. For instance he doesnt have any overdrive generation addons besides the yellow at 15%. Same for duration. Guess to prevent overdrive being more consistent than it already is.
