Addendum: I'm aware that the shape isn't supposed to get bloodlust in tier 1, but if i'm in Evil within II and in a long chase and decide to use Evil Within III to pop on a survivor, why am i being punished for using my power? it seemed to me that this might've been a bug because this is my first time noticing it.
