Helo devs, if you want to satisfy the player base who plays both killer and survivor, also closing on the subject of the perk Save The Best For Last who everyone keeps ranting and talk about on steam and social media, only way to resolve the issue with the perk is, like I stated above, should change it to ".....hit the Obsession with Basic Attack or injure with Special Attack lose 2 tokens". That way the perk will be fine, if u want to in the near future and revisit the perk, add 1 more token that you gain 9 stacks total. Rank 1 is 7 stacks total, Rank 2 is 8 stacks total and Rank 3 of the perk is 9 stacks total.
