Buffs to the survivor perk Wiretap. Would this be a balanced or unbalanced buff and why.

It already got a massive buff last major patch - now survivors can make it have a guarantee to last it's entire duration where the killer can't counter it. Doesn't need even more buffs.
an interesting buff would be to reduce the wall-hack window from 2 minutes to 20 seconds but make it apply to all generators on the map when activated. The perk cannot be disabled by kicking.
