Some Killer limitations are counterproductive.
A big issue some Killers have is that they have limitations that at best nerf the Killer for no reason, at worst literally promote camping and tunneling. Best example for this are Hag and Singularity. Hag can't teleport away quickly from a hook if the survivor who triggered it is far away, this promotes camping playstyles by telling people they have to stay near their traps and have survivors come to them. Singularity also can't quickly teleport away when to close to a hook survivor, i understand why he has a hindered penalty so he doesn't insidious camp with it near a hook but the teleport action itself should not be prevented, its against the type of aggressive gameplay people like, so here are some suggestions that make the Killers more overall fun and aggressive.
Hag:
- Teleport range is now infinite.
- Teleport range add-ons now increase the max amount of traps available.
- Traps can no longer be placed within 12m of a hooked survivor.
I feel like this should fix some issues the Hag has while making her a bit more fun to play and play against, as someone who mained her for a year and still plays her i frequently come to the issue that some survivor triggers a trap far away after i hooked and i simply can't teleport to them. Especially newer players will see this and think that the best way to play her is to just camp.
Singularity:
- The tagging and teleporting action no longer has a penalty while targeting survivors further than 20m away.
- Sound is now available basekit nearly instantly and the ultrasonic sensor gets reworked (I know this doesn't necessarily have much to do with the camping, but its a downside that just seems to exist for no reason, i find this one actually kind of disorienting).
