New Onryo is weak

Spent the whole match chasing 1 survivor for 5 gens and they NEVER became condemned. I barely managed to hook them, locking in their condemn, but STILL was never fully condmened even though they NEVER used a tape/TV to remove stacks of condemn.

Either fix matchmaking so I don't face God Loopers, or make Onryo viable.

    The very next match was ANOTHER 5-gen chase where I only got 1 hook.

    Onryo has NOTHING for chase!

    Why teleport away and chase someone else IF SHE CANNOT GET ANY DOWNS??
