Buff Dredge - No Slow Down When Charging Remnant
His power is just like Artist where you place a dangerous spot for the survivor to go too, but for dredge he has to hold it and stay slowed. Artist gets slowed placing it and then goes back to 115, AND she gets 3 of them.
I just don't know why dredge gets slowed down for the whole duration and not just while placing it.
