Support doesn't react to cheaters at all?
The latest cheaters such insolent that use disabled Knight's perk. Provided screenshots but support bots say "provide a video or we won't even look at it" and close tickets. Just #########?!

I'm sorry you are dealing with this frustration.
But to clarify, Support absolutely does handle report on cheaters & hackers, and players are banned for breaking this rule. Because no player is banned without proof, for reporting Cheating/Hacking, a Support Ticket with video evidence is required (along with the in-game report that is required for all reports, regardless of the rule broken, to flag the match).
