Should perks work with the killer ability?

Sry for my bad english

Example:
Play with your Food + Pig ability = Im faster than Flash
Save The Best For Last + Bubba ability = My chainsaw never stops

    Im sry, but the most addons are not good or funny.
    The old tinkerer was funny, because it can buff the ability.
    So in my opinion.
    Many addons should change the killer ability.
    Like the doctor addons.
    Every addon give his ability something new.
    Or perks should buff killer ability.
