Plot twist is a great perk. It's a cool effect and can be really funny for meme games. I have one idea....people keep picking me up and shutting down my plot twist. I was thinking we'll make it has a icon to show that a survivor can heal you quickly. Why not a icon for plot twist? A indicator so other survivors won't pick you up?
