Fix sloppy butcher bug with Wraith?

When Wraith hits survivor with sloppy butcher, blood is constantly exploding out of survivor, making game lag and giving away position from constant blood spurts.

    Once again, Wraith CANNOT see the spurting blood. It's only on the survivor's side.

    Yeah but it also destroys the frame rate of the game lol. The lag gets worse and worse with every attack and the game gets to a point that its absolutely unplayable lol.
