Make it so there is a point in playing more than one survivor
Maybe give them all a perk specific to them like not a teachable one
or make it so they all have a permanent perk or something you know like because megs is a runner make her run a bit faster then normal survivors

Not everyone plays nurse and she's objectively the best killer I'm just spitballing ideas because currently there's no point in playing more than one survivor
Then give me a good idea cuz currently I don't see a reason to play as more than one survivor
The difference is in the asymmetry of the game. The nurse is one of if not the hardest killers, which is why not many play her.
Compare that to survivors who all have the exact gameplay, by giving survivors abilities, everyone's just going to jump to the most powerful one because playing one survivor is not harder than playing another survivor, unlike killers
