Healing perk idea: No restriction
The survivor who uses this perk can be healed while doing:
- Generators
- Totems
- Chests

Way too powerful.
The only way this could work is if the perk decreased healing speed.
Maybe it would need some small penaltiy like 70 or 80% healing speed. But that is finetuning.
