P100 survivors are not scary, and here's why
Since survivors are just skins and don't have unique powers, there's no benefit to spreading your BP across multiple survivors. However, it's wise to spread BP across all the killers you play in order to always have the consumables and perks you need for any killer.
To get a survivor to P100, you need 100 prestige worth of BP, plus about 40 extra prestige levels to unlock all the sharables from the other survivors, for a total of 140 prestige levels (it's actually slightly less than this but I rounded up to be generous). Furthermore, Survivors can join a SWF that brings BP offerings, guaranteeing they reduce the time required to grind that much BP.
Since there are 34 killers on the roster, that works out to an average prestige level of 140/34 = 4.11 for each killer. Since killers can't depend on survivors to bring guaranteed BP offerings, the rate at which they gain BP is likely to be slower. An average of just over P4 on all killers represents the same, or even more, experience as a P100 survivor.

You’re going to be told by many it doesn’t matter but it’s true. If you put in the time to P100 a character, you will have at least a decent idea of what you are doing at a minimum.
The same can be said if you put in the time to P3+ all 34 killers, you're gonna have a decent idea of at least the game's fundamentals
