Anyone else having trouble redeeming Prime Gaming Code?

On PS5

I've checked it twice, thrice.

all lower case, including dashes.

Must've entered it about 10 times now, double checking.

Says "This code is not valid. Please..."

First time this has happened to me.

    Try opening up Prime Gaming in an incognito tab. Sometimes old codes can appear. Opening in an incognito tab will give you the proper code if that's what's happening.

    Got the same code after logging in incognito :(

    First time this has happened to me.

    This happened to me and my friend this month on Nintendo Switch.

    Try entering it 24 hours after your first attempt.

    It was so frustrating because we thought we were going to miss out. Fortunately, we were both able to redeem them the next day.
