Picking up broken dying teammate has automatic skill check fail

If a teammate in the dying state is broken, when picking them up there is often a skill check just as they come up off the ground and it automatically fails. There is no opportunity to succeed at the skill check. This is not a rare occurrence, it happens multiple times in a match if the broken status is in play.
