Is there a way to refund Iridescent shards purchase, now that the characters are on sale

I was wondering if there is a way to refund the Iridescent shards purchase. I have bought a character for 9000 Shards, but the said character appeared to be on sale the next day, costing 4500.

    If you purchased the character after the sale started then yes you will receive a refund between what you paid and what you should have paid with the sale. However, if you purchased prior to the sales starting then no, we would not be able to refund you.
