A "quick" suggestion
Ok, so for a long time I've been thinking of a possible crossover with DBD and the SCP universe since the copyrights for the SCP are free and open all it would take is a little research
Here's what I was thinking since almost every SCP has it's own nickname fan made or otherwise the names wouldn't be a problem the SCP I would personally love to see welcomed by the fog is SCP-106 (nicknames include: The Old Man (this is the official one) or Larry (the fan appointed Nickname)) I think the power would be something like pinheads but instead it's a longer range and instead its a teleport but slow and you cant attack for maybe 1.5 seconds on top of that you can just sink into the floor and traverse although with this method you can only see injured or downed survivors not the healthy but in this state you gain undetectable and a lets go with 5% speed boost
as for perks and other details (terror radius, cause height and speed could probably be found in its file on the scp forums/website/anywhere the fanbase resides) I haven't thought of anything
and to any behavior employees out there thank you so much for keeping one of my favorite games active and fun it is the highlight of my day to be able to come home and rage I MEAN relax while slaughtering I MEAN competing against survivors for the entity's favor
(also id love for you to take this message higher up and see if this is possible you could even call the chapter something like containment breach.)

I've thought of a perk
Erosion: Upon hitting a survivor they get the Erosion debuff until fully healed
Slightly slower move speed, healing progress slowly depletes (really slowly), carried item slowly depletes
this is tier one I haven't thought much into it but this seems to fit Larry quite well or maybe erosion could be part of his power or an add on for it possibly if you teleport then hit someone 5 seconds after
