Bubba's Chainsaw movement speed
I'm gonna create posts until I get some answers / reactions from BHVR.
Bubba's Chainsaw Sweep movement speed acceleration is changed since Patch 4.4.0 Twins DLC.
We didn't receive any informations about Bubba's nerf in Patch Notes.
How Bubba's Chainsaw Sweep acceleration worked before changes.
Bubba was reaching maximum movement speed during a Chainsaw Sweep after 0.6 seconds.
That was very good for Cannibal, because it was a constant thing. Always 0.6 seconds. That's why all Bubba's addons were working correct.

So. With this acceleration code addons like Carburetor Tunning Guide, Chili & Award Winning Chili hadn't hidden penalties about acceleration. Additionally, base kit Bubba was a little bit stronger.
How it works nowadays:
Bubba reaches maximum speed after 60% of his first Chainsaw Charge.
Because of this code addons like Carburetor Tunning Guide, Award Winning Chili & Chili are much much weaker than they should be. Why? Answer is easy.
With old code it doesn't matter what addons Bubba has. It always says 0.6 seconds.
But with this code:
Base Kit : Reaches max speed after 1.2 seconds (2 seconds * 60%).
Old Code 0.6 seconds
Chili : Reaches max speed after 1.35 seconds
Old Code 0.6 seconds
Award Winning Chili : Reaches max speed after 1.5 seconds
Old Code 0.6 seconds
Carburetor Tunning Guide : Reaches max speed after 1.5 seconds.
Old Code 0.6 seconds
Addons Combinations:
Award Winning Chili & Chili : Reaches max speed after 1.65 seconds.
Award Winning Chili & Carburetor Tuning Guide : Reaches max speed after 1.8 seconds. (3 seconds * 60%)

This is a problem since a few years and it affects this killer tremendously. The CTG add-on was a step in the right direction but also a missed opportunity to fix the duration bug once and for all. Let's hope BHVR will do something about it.
