Can we get some more killers perks outside of killers?

so I was looking at total perks and it looks like Survivors have about 15 more perks then killer.... can we even that up a bit as its a 1 v 4 it would be nice to have more options instead of some good meta perks then the rest are booty, would be nice to get some more perk variety or even have a killer come with 4 perks instead of 3 to even it out since we normally get 1-2 survivors per chapter lately 8 perks vs 4 seems a bit odd to me.

    while that is true the fact they have a 20 perk lead on killers means they have a better chance to get better perks since they get more, since most survivors/killers get 1 good perk and you get 2 survivors per chapter lately your basically giving survivors 2 good perks whle killer gets 1, which seems backwards to me considering its a 1 v 4
