Please educate people about the Grade system
There are a staggering amount of people in the DBD community who think that we still have the old rank system that was removed more than two years ago, and that their grade affects matchmaking. I see daily posts of people complaining about how their games are suddenly tougher now that they're in Gold/Iri and similar. Some of those people are completely new players who never even heard of the grade system but they're still somehow getting that information
Replacing the old rank system with the cosmetic Grade system but making everything look and feel very similar was a weird choice and BHVR didn't do enough / isn't doing enough to tell people that the Grade system doesn't affect matchmaking.
