Xeno shadow nerfed or bugged?
After the balance patch, Xeno's tail attack takes a bit longer to perform. It feels weird and sluggish and there's no mention of it in the patch notes

He's bugged. This error was corrected on ptb...and most likely they will fix it only after the update is released....you will have to wait a very long time.
