Hex: Overwhelming Presence? Or a Conspicuous Action TR Hex?
More of a thought experiment than a suggestion really... but Overwhelming Presence... is pretty underwhelming. Hah! I've been thinking for a while suggesting this buff:

Hex: Overwhelming Presence
Rework: No longer affect survivors in terror radius, instead is a Hex perk with a global affect, revealed as soon as an item is used by survivors.
Might be nice to counter gen rush with Comodious Toolbox.

However I got a kinda mad cap hex idea this morning, that we can create a hex for Overwhelming Presence to feed into...
Hex: Whispers of Torment
A hex that instills fear and doubt in the hearts of those who would attempt to escape you.
While performing a conspicuous action:
- Survivors outside the Killer's terror radius hear the minimum tier of the Killer's terror radius.
- Are considered within the Killer's Terror Radius for all other interactions.
Would serve on its own as a soft stealth perk when survivors are on gens, giving less warning when youre coming. Hiwever outside of that, this terror radius thus has some interesting interactions with perks and effects like: -
- Unnerving Presence (Plz buff to no greats)
- Starstruck (Let go if you suspect?)
- Infectious Fright (Nice Synergy)
- Ultimate Weapon (Indirect nerf, as it procs immediately instead of when in TR)
- Hex: Face the Darkness (Actually hurts this perk completely)
- Coulrophobia (Pretty rough on healing actually... maybe OP... but is a hex)
- Distortion (Helps survivors)
- Stake Out (Also helps survivors)
- Undetectable (still hears or effect is disabled? If disabled is a stealth warning)
- Oblivious (doesn't hear, but counted inside?)
Plenty of other Perks to consider for interesting interactions, but for Overwhelming Presence, this hex also serves as an anti Comodious Toolbox rush perk... would it be OP? It does have downsides... I'm not sure. 🤔
