My own Chapter concept for Dead by Daylight

New Killer:
The Program (or UZI)
Speed: 4.6m/s
Terror Radius: 24 Meters
Height: Average
Power: The Absolute Solver
Press and hold the Power button to charge up The Absolute Solver when aiming at a Locker and pressing the Attack button the Locker opens. If a Survivor is in the Locker, he gets but into the dying State and the Killer picks him up.
Program Mutation:
When Hooking a Survivor the Power gauge fills as long as the Survivor is hooked.
When the Power gauge is filled once The Program (UZI) Levels up. When Leveled up once The Program can now interact with its power with pallets, Generators and Breakable Walls to break them. The Terror Radius is increased to 32 Meters. In addition, The Program can now use Glitched Teleport. Then the Power goes in Cooldown for 30 Seconds.
Glitched Teleport:
Press and Hold the Power Button to charge the Power, looking at the ground you get an indicator, when pressing the Ability Button you Teleport after 1 second to the location the indicator was on. You gain after you Teleported the Hindered Status Effect for 1 second. (You can’t Teleport into a dropped pallet). Then the power goes into its Cooldown.
When the Power gauge is filled up twice The Program can now interact with its Power with Survivors to inflict them with the Hindered status effect for 5 Seconds and can break pallets that even wasn’t dropped. Its Terror Radius is increased to 40 Meters. In addition, The Program can now use Lethal flight.
Lethal Flight:
Press and Hold the Power Button to charge the Power now when pressing the Ability Button the Program launches forward and sticks to any higher vertical surface, while sticking on a surface the Terror Radius is reduced to 16 Meters. When pressing the Ability Button while sticking on a surface The Program launches in the direction you locking at, flies, and loses on height. While flying you can Basic Attack and use your Power. On landing, you gain the Hindered Status Effect for 1 second.
Special Hooks:
When the Program hooked a Survivor, the Entity Blocks the Hook for 10 Seconds so the Survivor can’t be rescued and can’t do an escape attempt. While the Hook is blocked the Hook and Struggle Timer is paused.
Perks:
The Fun is over:
[You don’t like it when the people make fun of you]
After getting stunned with 5/4/3 Pallets this Perk activates for 10 Seconds. While the Perk is activated, you break Pallets, breakable Walls and Generators 15%/25%/35% faster and gain 10% haste for 1/2/3 Seconds.
Social Anxiety:
[Many people around you give you Anxiety and you want to get rid of them as fast as possible]
When 2 or more Survivors are in an 8/12/16 Meter Radius around you this Perk activates for 3/4/5 Seconds and you see the Aura of Survivors in the Perks Radius. When you hit or down a Survivor the Perk deactivates immediately. And goes into a 30 Second Cooldown.
Hex: Glitched Electronics
[You are one with any electrical device and know how to use it]
After you kicked a Generator, this Generator is highlighted in white. After a survivor starts repairing the Generator, it explodes loosing 5% progress. Also the Survivor is inflicted with the Hindered and Oblivious Status effect for 3/4/5 Seconds, you see the Aura of the Survivor who repaired this Generator for 3/4/5 Seconds. In addition the Entity Blocks the Generator for 3/5/10 Seconds and you see all Generators which have at least 15% progress on them in white for 3/4/5 Seconds. This Perk has a 30 second Cooldown.
Iridescent Add ons:
Nori’s Bracelet: You can charge up your Power immediately, you can Teleport with Glitched Teleport instantly and no longer gain Hindered after Glitched Teleport and Lethal Flight.
Doll’s Bracelet: You can now Teleport with Glitched Teleport into dropped Pallets to break them. After you broke the pallet, you gain a stronger Hindered for 3 Seconds.
Designs:
Basic Attack: The Program Summons with its Power a Knife and Strikes with it. After a Successful Attack The Program licks the Blood from the Survivor from the Knife.
Look: First Level: The Program (UZI) looks normal like in the first 2 Episodes in the Series
Second Level: The Program’s Screen stars to Glitch and you see from Time to Time the Absoluter Solver symbol.
Third Level: The Program gets its Wings and its Tail like in Episode 4.
Mori: First and Second Level: The Program lifts the Survivor with its Power of the Ground then The Program strikes and slices the Survivor with summoned Knifes.
Third Level: The Program lift the Survivor with its Power then launches at the Survivor the Camera cuts off and you hear a loud Scream of screen. Then the Camera cuts back and in the Corner of it you see The Program munching on the Survivor.

Perks:
Boon: Survival of the fittest:
[You know how to survive in a very deadly environment]
At the beginning if the trail you have 1/1/2 Tokens. When you Boon a Dull Totem one Token is, consumed and all injured Survivors gain the Endurance Status Effect as long the Boon is activated and the Survivor is in Range. The Boon is snuffed automatically when a Survivor got hit with the Endurance Status Effect. You can’t Boon a Dull Totem if all Tokens are consumed
Expert Technician:
[As an Excellent Technician so you know what you are doing with Electronics but don’t like when Amateurs help you]
When working on a Generator the Generator is blocked by the Entity for all other Survivor. You can’t work on Generator with other Survivors on it. But you gain a 5%/5%/10% repair Speed. For every Generator you Repaired alone you get a Token up to 3. For every Token, you open the Exit gate 1% faster.
Crafted Tools:
[You don’t use just any Tools and you craft you own better ones]
At the start of the Trail this Perk activates after you repaired a Generator for 75%/60%/50% you gain1 Token up to 3. After you get in a looker, you get a Toolbox based on you Tokens.

3 Tokens: Commodious Toolbox
