Add Hooking Speed to Fire Up.
Fire Up is actually one of my favorite perks, but it's just a bit... weak in all honesty. Adding Hooking Speed to it won't suddenly make it meta or OP or anything, it would just be a small nice little buff to it to just make it all that much more fun to use.
