Remove DC penalties now

I got banned from MM because I dc'ed against a bot cheater who instantly killed all 4 survivors on hook (no hook stages). Additionally, I found the same bot 2 times in less than an hour.

I'm aware that cheating is a collateral issue of online games (it doesn't exist an anti-cheat that deserve that title) and you cannot fully avoid that but at least you should make this issue less painful for players who get bored to play against cheaters and also have to get banned because of that.

Back to TCM I guess

    Why even bother Dcing against a bot that INSTANTLY kills you? Am I missing something here? I get these bots too but i'm not sure what dcing is supposed to do in this scenario.
