Besides replacing broken pallets, you can place Dream Pallets on spot where are capable of spawning a Dream Pallet, right?

Well, on RPD, there is only 1 "free" Spot which can be used and this is at the desk in the main hall. All other possible positions like Writers Office on the WestWing which has 2 possible God-Pallet-Spots, on the right side the one near the two possible windows, 1st floor West-Wing next to the showers in the office-room, bottom left side where a pallet could spawn etc.

I assume this is a bug which only allows Freddy to replace Pallets on RPD instead of using the free spots too (Exception: Entrance Desk).
