Blast Mine and Repressed Alliance

When using Blast Mine and Repressed Alliance together, the UI indicator placement of each ability swaps super quickly. I don't have video editing software so it won't show in action but as you can see in the screenshots, they are in two different places.

I think this is due to both perks being aligned with 'Ability 1.' Is there any way to switch one of these or to 'Ability 2'? It also kind of sucks being forced to activate both abilities at the same time.
