PS5 Lost characters

Step 1- load game

step 2- see that characters are missing.


This is my girlfriend's PS5 and yesterday everything was fine. She logs in about 10 minutes ago and notices almost half of her characters she has are missing. She's paid for some of these while some are perhaps account shared because I've used her PS5 before. She's also lost access to the perks shes unlocked from those characters. She has been playing on the PS4 version of the game.

    Same here, the whole 'Stranger things' cast is missing from my roster. Despite playing as Steve just a few hours previous.
