Potential Self Care Change

Could we make it so that self care works at 50% healing rate instead of 35% but make it so that if the self care heal is interrupted at any time then the healing progress reverts back to 0%? If this is to OP please provide some feedback :)

    Just revert it back to 50%. Killers (such as myself) complained about self heals with CoH and Medkits; no one thought Self Care was a problem and the nerf was completely unjustified.
