I'm already hoping for an Aliens sequel chapter
I'd love to see them add a Hadley's Hope map, and a playable Corporal Hicks or Private Hudson. Though I don't think they could add a second xenomorph killer, so it'd be more like a half-chapter, which would be fine by me. They did pretty good with the Nostromo map and its mix of indoors and outdoors, and I'd want the same for the colony map: more creepy hallways in abandoned buildings and desolate dreary outcroppings.
