Universal Offerings.

Like many, my main priority during the anniversary was the get cakes because who doesn’t love free BP. Now I’ve run into an issue, I want to play a separate character (Claudette) but have 500+ Cakes on another character (Bill). Do you think it’s a good idea to make offerings universal across all characters specifically event offerings, or all offerings could be universal.
