Please rework Boil Over
It's such an unfun perk to play against. Especially when some loser wants to just abuse it and burns an Ormond or Crotus Penn offering and just sits on second story areas since BHVR in all their amazing wisdom decided to not put hooks on second story buildings it makes it impossible to hook in way too many areas. And even if they don't do that, getting thrown around and stuck on every little thing is just irritating and annoying, it shouldn't exist at all.
