Server improvements?

Have you ever considered updating your servers so people can have better connections in game? a fast internet speed is not enough if you don’t live near the US or close to a server region, playing the game on 90 or 115 ms is not fun, and this is the only game where this happens, in every other game I play on 25 to 48 ms, ever since the game came out I haven’t seen upgrades in the servers.
