The perk was completely fine in the previous patch. Now it's being used as a combination of MFT, WGLF and Soul Guard but even better since you don't need to lose to activate its Endurance effects.

And using FTP just makes it completely uncounterable and unfair. You get the successful down? Someone else is going to go in, use FTP with Buckle Up, and now both they AND the Survivor they picked up effectively have two long-lasting health states you can do nothing about.

Just revert it back to 6.5.0 and then buff it so that it provides Haste for both of the Survivors instead of just the one that was picked up. It did NOT need to be like this.
