So, the Hangman's Trick rework isn't really that great in my opinion, and could use some improvements.

Instead of only working on Scourge Hooks, what if it worked on every hook (with a 6m range) but had a doubled range from Scourge Hooks (the 12m we're going to have).

I think this idea would make the perk a lot more viable without having the issue of revealing everybody on the map at once.
