Plot Twist perk and letting team-mates know it's intentional

Making it a little bit more obvious that a team-mate went down on purpose would be helpful. Some kind of indication maybe?

I've had team-mates come running to help me up and getting me found by the killer when I'm trying to hide using Plot Twist.

Obviously this isn't needed when you're in a swf but for solo queue it's real annoying.

    Well you don't scream when you go down. That should be enough.

    It is the same problem, as Autodidact; in which you are trying to heal a teammate and farm skillchecks with slow healing. But, your 2nd teammate, the Claudette of the team, brings a purple medkit and a healing focus build and literally heal your teammates in less then 8 seconds and you get no skill checks at all... there needs to be more map wide perk notification to let your teammates know know that a specific perk is in play. Similar to how Prove Thyself or any team oriented perks, I think Autodidact and few other perks should inform your teammates that you are using it, especially in solo queue where you cannot tell your teammates on what you are using.
