I would like if we unlock a character that we get to upgrade their perks first
I always find it annoying when I unlock a character and along with that character I can't upgrade their perks and will have to either prestige them to 1-2 to even start upgrading them
would be a little nice to upgrade them once at least before getting all the other unlockable perks
