Is anyone having a 2 second stutter while changing characters on PC?

So i just finished updating my game and now, which did not happen before, the game has a 2 second stutter where i can't just do anything in the game while switching characters. Is this happening to anyone else? It also happens if other people on the lobby change characters. The whole game just stops for 2 seconds, unable to do anything
